New Intelligence of the 21st Century
Complaining and Moaning

We all know that it is very normal to make comments or talk to others about the many problems that can arise at work or as a result of our day to day responsibilities. However, to feel sorry for oneself, to complain, to moan and, what is more, to do it constantly, is not in any sense a positive, participatory or efficient way to be. If, for any reason we have this inclination, we should do everything possible to avoid it, in order to live a more pleasant and highly effective life for both ourselves and others.

Can it be damaging to be highly practical?

It has been proven that any action done with practicality and excessive haste nearly always ends up being the opposite to emotivity, delicacy and any kind of refinement...It is not at all recommended because in one way or another we will make the mistake of being cold and lacking love.

Forty muscles are needed to frown but only fifteen to smile.
