


Emotional reasoning is being considered nowadays as the new intelligence of the 21st Century and it has penetrated so rapidly in all aspects that it is entering into our lives without us realising it. Today it is not surprising to know that the chief part of our behaviour that leads us to live a full life is more emotional than intellectual.
Without doubt, only those who can integrate emotivity and rationality will be the ones that can direct their lives better and in this case they are people with a high degree of discernment and profundity. To languish in cold intellectualism is, to not make way for that spark full of life and enthusiasm which resides in the depths of our heart.
It has been shown that if we do not know how to manage the various emotional disturbances, then clearly they will affect and deteriorate our health. Therefore, administering the emotions well, learning how to use them and focusing our psyche with the heart and mind, could strengthen our immunological and cardiovascular system so that in the end and in turn we will become more balanced and with a better quality relationships.
