Extensive studies have proven that our facial expression is fundamental because, it expresses our different psychological states, such as joy, a look of happiness, gestures of discontent, sorrow, dissatisfaction, desperation, as well as other fundamental aspects in our relationships.
If we delve a little more deeply into studying the impression that we give with ‘a look’, we will see that it is very revealing, because nearly the whole interaction between human beings, as well as the looks that we reciprocate depend a lot on what we feel or think.
The posture speaks for itself; the position of the body, arms and legs, the way we stand up, we walk, sit, move the arms... reflect our attitudes and concepts as well as our mood. Let us not forget that depending on our internal state, the posture we adopt in those moments may insinuate many things. It is always positive to realise that what our words do not express our posture will.
