If for whatever reason we find ourselves in the typical difficulties and setbacks of life, we consider that self-motivation and positivism are a good response to try to renew ourselves as well as to settle certain conflictive moments.
We would honestly say that motivation and positivism are precious ingredients of emotional intelligence, they are specific formulas to find inner energy. For this reason, an internal and psychologically well-motivated person has hope and the trust that everything will go well. This is important because it energises the present moment and in turn makes us persevere in order to avoid giving in to a dreadful and disturbing lack of spirit.
The fact of repeating to ourselves that ‘tomorrow another day will dawn’ is a very important deed of positivism and motivation. Let us not forget that every day that dawns is a new possibility of ‘restarting and revaluing’ new moments. If we were to carry out this procedure daily, evidently we could achieve many impossible things.
