The Importance of Solving Crisis
What are crises?

It is commonly seen that crises look for quick answers and solutions. However, if for some reason they are not resolved in time, it is likely that they could become harmful because one way or another, apart from being drawn out and in a type of ‘unresolved limbo’, they could eventually become chronic.

Can crises change the way of being?

When emotional crises are aggravated and for some reason become part of a very frequent mechanism, they could cause so much harm that people become colder, harder, indifferent and insensitive. That is to say, their behaviour in life would radically change and this is terrible because the credibility, trust, promises, solidity in relationships and other aspects linked to daily communication would quite literally disappear.

Can we get used to living in crisis?

In reality, to be in serious predicaments and constant tension is incoherent and regrettable; it is to have a life of suffering and misfortune. Therefore, it is vital to leave that aside in order to achieve stability and emotional order. However, we often see that this is not the case since there are people who become accustomed to living in this depressive state and adapt themselves to this bad habit, furthermore, their surroundings are so miserable that later they cannot come out of this terrible depression. We honestly have to affirm that living in these conditions is certainly very sad and this is why, apart from being painful for oneself as well as for others, it is also terribly heartbreaking.

The most terrible feeling is that sentiment of having lost hope

Federico García Lorca

A merry heart can walk all day. A heart without joy is tired after one hour
